All sales are considered final at Comedy Crusade. As we aim to provide a high-quality experience to our customers, we encourage you to review your order carefully before completion. Refunds are generally not offered except in specific circumstances detailed below.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE EXCEPTIONS
We will issue a refund or exchange only under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Order: If the item you received does not match your order (e.g., wrong product or variant), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, as needed.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a defect affecting its quality, please contact us immediately. Provide photos or a detailed description of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assess the situation and offer an exchange or refund based on the damage.
HOW TO SUBMIT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE REQUEST
For all refund or exchange requests, reach out to our support team at info@nazarethusa.com. Please include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item (if applicable, especially in cases of damage or defects)
Our team will respond within 72 hours to guide you through the next steps. Refunds/Returns must be initiated and completed within 30 days.
PROCESSING TIME FOR APPROVED REFUNDS
Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method. Exchange requests will be processed promptly, with updated shipping information provided once the replacement item is sent.
