"Comedy Crusade", "Nazareth", "Comedian Nazareth", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refer to our organization. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Individual and ourselves, or either the Individual or ourselves. Comedy Crusade retains ownership of this site, nazarethusa.com, and is the processor of the Personal Identifiable Information (PII) on this site, as well as for offline activities.  Our online privacy policy discloses Comedy Crusade’s information practices for our site, including what type of personally identifiable information is requested, how the information is used, and how the information is shared.

Comedy Crusade is based out of California and therefore contains additional language regarding the California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance (CALOPPA), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

The right to access information for a longer period – The CPRA extends the lookback period for accessing your personal information to 12 months, but businesses can also be required to provide information beyond 12 months if it's collected after January 1, 2022.

The right to have expanded protections for minors  – The CPRA strengthens protections for children under 16 by requiring businesses to obtain opt-in consent before selling or sharing their personal information.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers, unless a recurred billing or subscription plan has been set in place.

STORAGE AND TRANSFER

 

With your consent, we may store your data on our servers or with our third-party providers who assist us in day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, customer service, and processing. This data may remain in our storage centers indefinitely until removed.

Though Comedy Crusade may allow minors to participate in volunteering, activities, or events, those under the age of 18 will require parental consent, a liability waiver, and a photo/video release before participation.
