HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers, unless a recurred billing or subscription plan has been set in place.

STORAGE AND TRANSFER

With your consent, we may store your data on our servers or with our third-party providers who assist us in day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, customer service, and processing. This data may remain in our storage centers indefinitely until removed.

USE OF SITE BY MINOR

Though Comedy Crusade may allow minors to participate in volunteering, activities, or events, those under the age of 18 will require parental consent, a liability waiver, and a photo/video release before participation. Comedy Crusade will not participate in activities with a minor without prior written consent from a parent or an authorized parent guardian.
